Once you plug your UMT Dongle into your PC, Windows might fail to recognize the internal SIM card. You need to manually point it to the right driver. Connect your Dongle: Plug the UMT Dongle into a USB port. Open Device Manager: Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager Locate the Device: Look for "Smart Card" or "Unknown Device" under the Smart Card Readers Other Devices Update Driver: Right-click the device and select Update Driver "Browse my computer for drivers."
