Obtain the official installer from the REAPER website (Landoleet or Cockos). Ensure you select reaplugs236_x64-install.exe .
By default, it may install to C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins\ReaPlugs . reaplugs 236 x64-install
Click the + button in your audio filters, select VST 2.x Plug-in , and choose the plugin from the dropdown menu. Obtain the official installer from the REAPER website

Open the Plugin Manager , add the ReaPlugs folder to the search paths, and click "Find installed plugins."
