If you are a professional, consider using the (includes Eagle). It supports only 64-bit, but the subscription funds further development. Use legacy 32-bit only for legacy hardware compatibility.
Eagle (Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor) version 8.2.2 was released in 2016, shortly after Autodesk acquired CadSoft. Finding a 64-bit installer of Eagle 8.2.2 is easy; the internet is littered with them. But the is a different story.
