The cast, featuring relatively new faces at the time (such as Karan Kundra, Hasan Zaidi, and Nishant Malkani), delivers convincing performances. The fear feels real because the characters react like normal people would—panic, denial, and desperation. Radhika Menon, playing the possessed entity, is genuinely unsettling.
The group soon discovers the rumors are true: the hotel is haunted by a malevolent entity that previously drove the owner to suicide. Trapped inside, the friends are picked off one by one by the ghost of Maya, a former inmate.
