During a Halloween festival in a small West Virginia town, a group of friends runs afoul of the inbred cannibal hillbilly Three Finger and his newly introduced “family” – led by the sadistic Maynard (a standout performance by Doug Bradley, aka Pinhead from Hellraiser ).
