Android 12 introduced significant changes to the UI layer (Material You) and underlying resource management. Running Android 12 within VMOS requires substantial Random Access Memory (RAM) and Central Processing Unit (CPU) allocation. Early iterations of VMOS ROMs (typically Android 5 and 7) were lightweight; Android 12 ROMs require the host device to have a minimum of 4GB RAM for functional stability.
