True body positivity includes the body that is bed-bound, the body that uses a feeding tube, and the body that cannot tolerate exercise. The wellness lifestyle often leaves these bodies behind, labeling them "unmotivated" rather than structurally unsupported.

Unfollow accounts that make you feel inadequate.

“Tacos?” Maya said, brushing dust off her hands.
