Once the process completes, you will be greeted by the initial PS4 setup screen (language, date, time, PSN login).
Always ensure you download the 1.1 GB Recovery firmware , not the 400 MB update file. And remember to format your USB to FAT32 with the correct PS4/UPDATE/ folder structure.
