Windows 11 24H2 (and later) has removed legacy VGA and XDDM drivers entirely. The will not function on Windows 11 due to the enforced WDDM 2.0+ requirement. However, for Windows 10 64-bit, which remains supported until October 2025, this driver is the final and greatest solution. Some enthusiasts have even ported it to Windows 10 LTSC 2021, extending stable life to 2032 for industrial systems.
