: Paste the downloaded skin file directly into the Skins folder. Do not unzip/decompress the file; Virtual DJ needs it in its original compressed format to recognize it. Activate in Virtual DJ : Open (or restart) Virtual DJ. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner). Click on the Interface tab.
