The "Rjaa" code prohibits supercars unless you steal them during a police chase above 3 stars. Your primary vehicle must be a "beater" (a rusty Tornado or a damaged Emperor). You must repair it only at pay-and-spray locations, and you cannot exit the vehicle while it is smoking.
