After installation, you must apply Service Pack 2 (SP2) for VFP 9.0. You can find the official SP2 update file ( VFP9SP2.exe ) on Microsoft’s legacy download center (search KB article 2699169). Without SP2, the IDE crashes on modern GPUs.
