Cutting Optimization Pro is a cutting software used for obtaining optimal cutting layouts for one (1D) and two (2D) dimensional pieces. The software also lets you to define and handle complex products, such as table, desk, cupboard, locker, book shelf ... |
Cutting Optimization Pro can be used for cutting rectangular sheets made of glass, wood, metal, plastic, or any other material used by industrial applications. |
Cutting Optimization Pro can also be used as cutting software for linear pieces such as bars, pipes, tubes, steel bars, metal profiles, extrusions, tubes, lineal wood boards, etc and other materials. |

: A widely used legacy version known for high stability with older FC1178 and FC1179 controller variants. How to Flash FirstChip FC1179 Firmware Before starting, use a tool like ChipGenius to confirm your controller is indeed a FirstChip FC1179 and to identify your specific Flash ID .
Do you have the from ChipGenius so I can help you find the exact settings for the MPTool?
Crucially, the FC1179 have a dedicated SPI flash chip for firmware. The firmware is stored inside the controller’s internal ROM and on reserved blocks of the NAND flash itself. This makes it fragile – if the NAND develops bad blocks in the firmware area, the drive can brick.
FC1179 controllers are frequently used in "fake" drives. Running a firmware tool may reveal the true capacity of the drive (e.g., a 128GB drive might shrink to its actual 32GB size after a proper scan). Data Loss: Running these tools is destructive and will permanently erase all data currently on the flash drive. Compatibility:
: ApTools is sometimes used for lighter "refreshing" rather than a full low-level format. 🚀 Phase 3: The Resurrection Process
Flashing firmware is a low-level process that will permanently erase all data on the drive.
: Specialized tools often used for specific testing or auxiliary configuration beyond standard flashing.
